360bet reserves the right to refuse registration or to close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects that the information provided is false, misleading, or incomplete.
360bet accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed on the Platform from time to time. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method.
All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. 360bet does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party may be reversed and the associated account suspended pending investigation.
Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:
360bet targets GCash and PayMaya withdrawal processing within five (5) minutes of approval, though actual transfer times may vary depending on the payment provider. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 360bet.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 360bet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
360bet does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 360bet makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Platform or the information, content, or materials included therein.
In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for certain types of damages, 360bet's liability shall be limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
360bet is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide players with tools to manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible from your account settings after login.
If you believe your gambling is becoming problematic, we strongly encourage you to use the self-exclusion feature or contact our support team to discuss your options. Upon termination for cause, 360bet reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where termination is not due to player fault, any verified Real Money Funds balance will be returned to the player via the original deposit method within a reasonable timeframe.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact 360bet's support team to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. 360bet will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.
